|As of Monday 29th June 2020, Dentalplus will be open by appointment only to provide face-to-face consultations for patients who require urgent dental care. Providing urgent dental care at this next phase means the range of treatment we can provide is restricted.
Examples of Urgent Dental Care we can provide;
· Assessment and advice
If you are a patient at Dentalplus, you will already be aware that we have always carried out stringent infection control procedures, so you may not notice too much of a difference in the way we work. However, we have enhanced our current infection control procedures which means we will ask you to attend your appointment in a different way than you have previously been used to. These instructions will be given to patients requiring urgent dental care, before attending their appointment.
We will continue to operate a locked door policy until further notice. If you do not have a scheduled appointment, you will not gain access to the premises.
Until further notice all booked appointments for exams or treatments have been cancelled.
Telephone lines remain open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm to provide help and advice to our patients 01382 543218. If you have a dental emergency outwith these hours, such as a swelling, uncontrolled bleeding or trauma, please call NHS 24 on 111.
